March to the Memorial

What: Walk through the South Bend streets carrying American flags (large or small), up to 21 miles at approx. 3 miles per hour walking speed

Who and Cost: All are welcome and it's FREE. Registering helps us provide adequate free food and drinks during the walk.

When: Thursday, September 11, 2025, gathering at 8:30am, walking at 9:11am

Where does it start: Martin's Super Market 902 Erskine Plaza

Where/When does it end: St. Patrick's County Park 9/11 Memorial at approx. 6:45pm

Where can you join throughout the day: 7 rest stops at Fire Stations (see route map and info drop down or tab) or join us at the St. Pats County Park Memorial

Why: To get a sample of life in America after 9/11. At America's core, we are one big family. You truly get a taste of that on our walk as we remember those we lost and our heroes of 9/11/2001.
